Find the file 'config.ini' in the /Bin/ directory where the game was installed, and open it in a text editor. Find the following lines:

Cfg.Resolution =
Cfg.FOV =

And set your desired variable. For instance, the Dell 2005FPW would use the following settings:

Cfg.Resolution = "1680x1050"
Cfg.FOV = "110"

Expirement with the FOV setting to get the desired effect.
